Complaints

If you have any complaints about our service we kindly ask you to contact the customer care department via webshop@nikkie.nlwebshop@nikandnik.nlwebshop@fifthhouse.nlwebshop@sustain.nl or/and telephone including your order number and a picture of the complaint. Our customer care department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint we will send you a confirmation email. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days, if we need more time, we will inform you upfront.  

If you do not appreciate this you can always contact the department of mediation webshop hallmark where nikkie.com is affiliated with.
