Ordering

ITEM OR SIZE NOT AVAILABLE
If an item or a specific size is not in the webshop or is not clickable, it’s (temporarily) out of stock and therefore cannot be ordered. Please leave your email details, so you’ll receive a notification when this item is in stock again. You can of course also contact one of our stores for the store stock.

ORDER TRACKING
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from DHL by email. With this you can view the status of your order.

CANCEL ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders, because they are automatically processed in our systems. After you have received the order, you can return it.

DISCOUNT CODE
You can enter a discount code when completing your order. If the discount amount and invoice amount do not concur, you can pay the remaining amount using one of the payment methods.
