Returns & Complaints
Returning your items is free within the Netherlands. In a number of other countries this does cost money. You can find those costs here.
You have 14 days to return the product without stating a reason, starting on the day of receipt of the item. The item can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging with original hangtag.
You can drop off your return shipment at a DHL point, but you can also have your package picked up at home. Click here for the pick-up.
- Returns will only be accepted within the return period of 14 days.
- The items have not been worn and/or washed.
- There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors and/or cigarette smells on the items.
- No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
- Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned from a hygienic point of view.
- The original hangtag is still attached to the item.
- If reasonably possible, the item is returned in its original packaging.
- The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer. We recommend returning an item using the free DHL return label.
- Insufficient or non-stamped returns will not be accepted by us.
- Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us with a description within 14 days after delivery.
- If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment and to charge you the shipping costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Using the enclosed return form, indicate which item(s) you wish to return and select a reason for the return.
- Put the returns in the original packaging, add the completely filled in return form to the box and make sure you put the return label over the original shipping label.
- Return your shipment (at a DHL point, or have it picked up at home) and keep the proof of shipping.
- You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return has been processed. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account within 14 days.

We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can occur that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is not available, we will notify you within 5 working days with a Final Manco notification, and we will refund the amount paid within 14 days, or adjust the invoice.
If you have any complaints about our service, we kindly ask you to contact our customer care department by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and a picture of the complaint. Our customer care department will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction. After receiving your complaint we will send you a confirmation email. We will respond within 14 days. If we need more time, we’ll inform you upfront.
